CAMPspaces, a women led content studio, coworking hub, and event venue in Hyattsville, Maryland, engaged our design studio to help reimagine its space in support of a grant application through the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation. The goal was to position CAMPspaces as a next generation creative destination, offering expanded services while reinforcing its identity as a resource for women entrepreneurs, content creators, and small business owners.
The design scope included updated interior space plans to incorporate a fully equipped content studio alongside existing coworking and event functions. The reconfiguration optimized flow, flexibility, and user experience, accommodating the diverse needs of the community the space serves. In tandem with the interior work, exterior façade concepts and architectural renderings were produced to illustrate the transformation potential and support the grant proposal process.
The design strategy ultimately helped CAMPspaces successfully secure funding for façade and interior improvements. The envisioned upgrades strengthen the business model, reinforce brand identity, and support local economic development by offering inclusive, accessible space for creative entrepreneurship.
