Stockton Street Park
TYPOLOGY: Public Space/Park
Completion: In Progress
Location: Baltimore, MD
Stockton Street Park is a transformative green space planned for the Penn North neighborhood, once the epicenter of the 2015 Civil Unrest. Located behind the historic Arch Social Club, the park reclaims vacant housing lots to create a welcoming public space that supports both community gatherings and the Club’s cultural programming.
The design features flexible lawn space, shaded seating, accessible walkways, and stormwater management infrastructure. We are leading design and construction management efforts, while also coordinating a robust community engagement process to ensure neighborhood priorities shape the final outcome.
As a model for equitable development, Stockton Street Park honors the neighborhood’s legacy while fostering new opportunities for connection, healing, and reinvestment.
